Born in 1996, the Raggi Vivai – Sapore & Salute takes the "strawberry" compartment of the Raggi Vivai (owner Giordano Raggi).
In the same year, besides the attention toward the professional farmer takes palace the interest toward the "hobbysta". For this the company decides to create a line of products dedicated to the kitchen garden and the garden in general; so marks as "Fragolaviva", "Asparago Superiore" and "Minituberi di Patata" are born; these marks allow to Raggi Vivai – Sapore & Salute to insert itself with success in the national market of the gardening (it annually furnishes over 1.000 agrarian resales, garden center, consortia and pitchmen).
In 2000, besides, the company begins the export of its own products and variety of strawberry (it is partner of New Fruits, with which it develops own varieties) toward the other European Countries, getting very good results.
In the years besides the hobbystica products are increased, so much to realize a new line, "Orto & Giardino"; inside it, we can find, besides strawberry, potato and asparagus, the red fruits (pomegranate, raspberry, blackberry, red currant, black currant, white currant, strawberry of wood, blueberries and cherry), the grapes, the fig trees, the giuggiolis and the ancient roses.
A further development in the activities of the Raggi Vivai – Sapore & Salute took place in 2006 when the company assumes the management of Frigo Cesena. With 30 thousand quintals of refrigerating ability and 27 cells of different dimensions, Frigo Cesena is one of the most important structures of the territory for the maintenance of plants, fruit, vegetables and eggs.
Sapore & Salute means "feeling good", means to feed and to take care with intelligence using fruit and cultivated vegetables in our own garden.
